Nadia Waleed is an Associate Director and Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in structural engineering consultancy. She has delivered residential, commercial, mixed-use and refurbishment projects throughout the UK and internationally, with particular expertise in structural design, team leadership, project management and commercially focused delivery.
Nadia Waleed currently manages the structural team in the London office and is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from feasibility and planning through to construction and completion. She has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing client relationships and providing practical engineering solutions for complex sites, including developments affected by challenging ground conditions, foundation constraints, transfer structures and changes in construction methodology.
Her experience includes major residential schemes for Stonebond Properties, Bellway Homes, CALA Homes, Vistry Group, Howarth Homes, Fairview New Homes and Persimmon Homes, together with high-profile commercial and specialist projects including 70 St Mary Axe, BBC Broadcasting House, Drapers Gardens, Cannon Place and the Multipurpose Indoor Arena in Qatar.
