More InfoGary was the founding Director of BDC in 2013 and prior to this between 2003 and 2013 he managed a Regional office of a large PLC Consultancy practice responsible for the Technical and Commercial management of projects with an annual turnover of £2M to £3M. Gary has built an excellent reputation as a focused and committed Engineer with a passion for detail, a deep appreciation of buildability issues and an absolute dedication to exceed client aspirations.
In addition to his role of Regional Director Gary also managed the National Civil and Structural Engineering framework for Crest Nicholson and successfully delivered services across a range of residential projects, under the framework agreement. Services ranged from due diligence site appraisals through to delivery of numerous working drawings packages. Schemes varied in size but annually Gary helped Crest deliver 800 to 1000 units with annual fees of circa £1.5M including work in support of Crests’ standard house type range and detailing.
