Pedro is an Associate Director within Building Design Consultants and leads our London Office.

Nearly 30 years experience within the Building Consultancy Sector.
Large experience of design in all major structural elements across a very broad range of project types and sectors.
Knowledge encompasses new build and refurbishment schemes incorporating concrete,
steel, masonry and timber structures in the commercial, residential, extra care, student
accommodations, industrial and education sectors.
Projects with values up to £80m, from small industrial units to large mixed use and
residential developments.
